"Communication with the owners was easy and timely, but very disappointed in the attention to detail and overall oversight of the job on Redman's part with their sub-contractors. We constantly had to directly let the outside workers know of our plans even though we had already discussed items with Redman. We had to ask them to clean up after themselves (one contractor said he never owned a tarp before) and have the electrician come back numerous times to fix things. Overall timeline was met and we are happy with overall design and functionality, but had to aggressively press at the end before our move in date. Items that we were disappointed in - nails showing through new cabinetry (purchased separately), holes still showing in the plastered ceiling and recessed lighting holes cut too big, so that the lights are loose. Tile Contractor was the best by far."

"WE hired another contractor to perform the work. It was a mess. They were terrible so we fired them and hired Strong Point Restoration. He was referred to us from a friend who went through the same thing as us. We hired him and he came and did the work at an affordable price and the work was excellent. "We had a deteriorating 3 season porch that needed to be repaired/reconstructed.  Rich pulled out all of the old storm windows and the windows themselves.  He then replaced rotted wood and reinstalled excellent quality all season windows.



He sealed everything along the windows and made sure everything was air tight.



Rich showed up every day until the job was done.  He cleaned up every night so that you did not know that he was there.



Eventually we need to replace the windows in our home and I will definitely use Marshfield for this job.
