"I can't say enough good things about Econ. We originally contacted them for a mouse problem. Between the great reviews they had and the special they were running we contacted them. The woman we talked to in the office, I believe her name was Debbie, was so nice and very professional. She told us about an upgrade which would covered a multitude of things not just the mice. She never pressured us to take the upgrade just fully explained it to us and let us make the decision. We went for the upgrade.  They were here just 2 days after we set-up the appointment. David, the technician, arrived right on time. He too was very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. We walked the house and I showed him all the areas we were having troubles. He fully explained to me what he was going to do and how everything would work. He answered all my questions. Once we finished with the tour David set to work. He was very quick and efficient. After he let me know what was done and what we needed to do so they can track the progress of what they had done (i.e. vacuum old mouse droppings, etc...). He mentioned that since we had the pool and a large wooded area behind our house that Econ does do a mosquito service and he gave us the pricing for it. Again he never pressured he only presented the information.  It will take a while to determine if what they have done is effective, but I can say without hesitation if you are looking for an exterminator these guys are very good.

He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"Charter Oak did three separate projects for us and in our estimation, it is one of the best companies with whom we've had the pleasure to work. Felicia, the office manager, is a gem. She assisted us during every phase of the work. She helped ensure that Charter Oak respond promptly to each of our estimate requests, which was important because we live out-of- state. Jeff Harder, company manager, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He explained everything in detail and offered several alternate options for our drainage problem. The company is completely trustworthy. Many of the activities were done in our absence and we felt comfortable opening our house to the employees. When we were present during the projects we were impressed with the workers – they treated the “job” like it was their home. All projects were started and completed in a timely fashion. The two workers showed up in a car with an industrial vacuum in the back.  They went into my attic and blew out all of the vents and did some mold remediation for $658.  It seemed a little pricey for about two hours worth of work from two individuals.  Overall, they were quick and did as they were supposed to, which I guess is all you could ask for.
