"Jason came out and gave us a quote and walked us through how he came to that conclusion. He was very efficient and kind when coming out and installing a new Central Air unit and updating our electrical panel; both done for cheaper than others were quoting to do just the A/C! "Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.

"The old air conditioner had finally died and needed to be replaced. The quoted price was right on the average for such a job. Not only did they get a quote to me quickly, they were able to complete the job before some others could even get me a quote. They did excellent work making the install tighter and neater than the old unit. I think the basement was cleaner after they left than it was when they started. Very happy!"

Jim's response time from my original call was excellent. He is very easy to work with, communicates well and is very customer-oriented.
 
The amount he charged me for the work done and considering the time spent traveling to my house, doing the work and answering my questions and giving me advice was very reasonable.
