"The Evolution of Contractors were quick to respond to my request for a quote to replace the railings, treads, and porch area of my dad's front landing, which at that point had rotted out railings and failing treads. They did not try to upsell me and gave a clear quote for both wood and composite materials. There was zero pressure.Communication was always clear, friendly, and timely. We went with the composite option. The work was completed in one full day. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up everything after themselves. I had the opportunity to review the work with them after and got clear care instructions. After the work was completely paid for, I noticed a small irregularity that was purely aesthetic in nature. "Coen was responsive during storms and as thorough as any of the other vendors we've tried. The team was responsive to feedback and kept us safe through the worst winter. We needed to do some detail work ourselves to make sure vents were clear but Coen took care of the heavy lifting. It took awhile to lock in a final contract - Scott was very responsive in sending an initial draft but took some following up to get the clarifications we were looking for. Still, we decided to go with them because their rates were competitive, reasonable, and they made multiple trips to deal with build up in the event of larger storm.

"Eoin and his team at Shannon Painting have completed multiple projects at our house - they are always our go-to for paint services. They painted our three level condo in the Summer/Fall of 2018, including scraping and replacing any rotted shingles, and it still looks beautiful! "Brandon and his crew are fantastic! My wife and I are totally satisfied with his job. We did a total makeover of our kitchen and pantry, about 300 square feet total. Job included gutting to the studs, wiring, plumbing, insulation, blueboard & plaster, painting, cabinet install, custom shelving in pantry and bookcase, hardwood floor repair and refinishing. All of Brandon's subcontractors were quality people as well. Brandon made a schedule ahead of time, and held to it, even when other contractors (countertop install) threw 'monkey wrenches' into the schedule. This is very important to you when you are eating off of a hot plate!
From start to finish, Brandon communicated everything very clearly and responded promptly to any calls or emails.
No major project goes without minor glitches, but Brandon stood behind his commitment at every turn, and made sure every part of the job was up to our very high standards.
