They replaced my central heat, later my central air, and recently replaced all the old cast iron pipes in my 60 year old home. I trust this company to stand behind their work. "Prior to calling Bob, we had several guys come in to give us estimates. Bob's estimate was by far the best and the work he did was top quality. He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. They were prefessional and respectful. Bob is a straight shooter. Absolutely no BS! I will be using him for ALL of my future HVAC needs. "While having my siding removed and replaced, decided to insulate the exterior walls. They coordinated with the painter and checked the weather for when the project could be done. Also, the estimate was given several months in advance and was still honored once the project got going. They needed to come out twice to install the insulation because the siding took time to come off the house, but they were more than willing to work with the painter's schedule to make sure things got done in a timely fashion. Friendly folks who take time to answer questions and did excellent work getting the house insulated and now operating efficiently."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My wife and I needed a full house move from Kansas City to Central Illinois. We got bids, and Matt Hazen with PakPros Movers was the clear winner. He was more than $500 less than the nearest bid. We went with Matt. There were challenges with our move, and Matt was flexible in reacting. The move happened during the winter, and it snowed during the packing and unpacking (both ends of the move). Matt and his crew did not complain – they dug in and worked until the job was done. The crew was hard working, and they worked as fast as they could. Matt was very hard working, and wanted to do his best during both ends of the job – he was on-site the entire time. This is a small business, and so the margins were low. As a result, Matt required installment payments several times during the move. I would say the payment schedule was not well defined, but fortunately we made it work. We moved most of the electronics and high worth items in cars, and we personally packed boxes which lessened the risk of damage. I would say the move happened with some expected damage. I would recommend PakPros for those who do not need frills, are flexible with payments, and who need a team that is determined."

"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

"The 100.00 charge was a deductible for a home warranty policy. We had no heat and David thought we would have to wait until the next day to get a new motor. After he went back to his shop he found a motor and came out the same evening 7:00pm to install. After he replace the motor he discovered the thermostat was faulty and replaced it at the same time. No fuss no muss just really fast and efficient work. He also wore booties and left the area clean. I would definitely call him again.
