"It went great. First, the sales person was very helpful explaining the mold testing and remediation process. He went through the steps that would be taken and then he followed up with the results. On the french drain,/sump pump change out/ wall rebuild, it was quick and painless. Again my sales person was very clear in the process and the steps. When he came for a walk through there were some options in what would occur in the installation and he made fully aware of any potential changes in cost (there were none though). "I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"Well....Bob came and gave us an estimate in May.  We decided right away to use him.  We then ordered our cabinets from Lowe's. Bob met us at Lowe's and was their to help with the entire process. ( Bob was great...Lowe's was not.)  Bob did offer to help get our cabinets somewhere else but we wanted Kraftsmaid.  Once Bob starting installing, he realized some of the cabinets were damaged.  He took care of all the problems by calling Lowe's.  We also had a problem with the laminate flooring we had ordered.  Not only did Bob help take care of that, we were away and he actually went to a floor store and helped pick out our new floor.  He was amazing!!  The kitchen looks great and then after he completed the job we decided to have him redo our bathroom."
