"Highly Recommend Springsoft! I was scheduled for an appointment to repair my water softener with Springsoft. Al, the rep for the company called me to verify that a service tech was needed. He coached me through a couple of practical steps to try on my own. The issue was resolved. No charge! What company does this? Amazing. Thanks Al. How generous."

"I had a lot of trouble getting to the bottom of why my water suddenly was full of iron and staining everything in the house.  I am new to this dwelling and do not understand wells.  I had contacted several well inspecting companies and was unable to get anyone to come out to inspect.  Suddenly I called a reliable well company and it was recommended to me that I start by having my water softner checked and they recommended Springsoft.  I made an appointment, half expecting another bad incounter but was pleasantly surprised by the person who made the appointment but more importantly by the service man they sent.  He was the BEST! He took time with me and explained the functions and controls on the water softer very clearly.  He also inspected the softner and flushed it thru to make sure it was working properly.  He explained how to set it so it regenerated during a slow water use time (like the middle of the night) because it had been regenerating irregularly but not at a low use time.  I was very happy with the knowledge he displayed and how readily he taught me to be a knowledgeable owner of this here to for mysterious gadget.  BEST ENCOUNTER OF ITS KIND IN YEARS!!!!!!  This service man should get a raise!!!!!  Thank you for saving my sanity. "

"Mark and his team have been a pleasure to work with over the years. Chicago Water Pros has performed exceptional service on my current and previous homes. Mark is always responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They came in and installed a water softener system for my whole home and a water filtration system for the kitchen sink. Chicago Water Pros crew is very courteous and clean, they ask permission, explain the process and even wear little foot protectors when entering my home. They had the items installed in 1 day, the results were instantious, the tap water became enjoyable not just drinkable. And the water is much softer making the showers more pleasurable and easier to keep clean. We have marble in our master and the water in our area has many minerals that will stain the stone if not treated. I highly recommend CWP Mark and his team for all water filtration needs."

"Dave and his son did an excellent job! We are very happy with our new water! Dave really cares about the job that he does. He is very reasonably priced and got our job done when he told us that he would! I will definitely recommend H2O Express to anyone who needs a water purification system!"
