DJ sympathized with our situation and managed to schedule one of their plumbers who had expert knowledge of our water heater to make a call to our home in between a couple of other service calls that he had to make. When Keith showed up, he was very polite and professional and immediately put protective slippers on over his work boots. He set to work and had our hot water heater repaired in no time. I would totally recommend this company. In fact, I gave their name to my realtor so that she could add them to her agency's list of recommended plumbers."

"Well let me start by saying I called several water heater companies to inquire about an estimate for my hot water heater that was not getting real hot. "I found TriState Home Services on Angies list and contacted them. Since it wasn't an emergency I scheduled them to come out the following day. The Plumber (Chris) did a great job assessing the problem with the leaky faucet and indicated that given the age of the faucet (41 years), he could attempt to repair it but wouldn't guaranty how it would last and recommended that I replace it. I agreed with his advice especially considering the price comparison of repair vs. replace - the price was reasonable. The quality of the work top notch, on time, and as promised. "My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"
