"Chris replied to my inquiry very quickly. He was available when we needed the work done. His phone and text communication was excellent. He kept us updated on his arrival time the day of installation. The installation of our self-purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring went quickly and the finished floor looks fabulous. Chris finished it off with quarter round white molding. He took away all the trash and left our sun room clean. Although his quote was higher than the other two quotes we received, his work is well worth the price. Chris is courteous, polite and very professional"

"This is the most HORRIBLE floor job that I have ever seen! The contractor didn't even have the proper tools to do the job. They sanded the floor with a circular sander even though I told them that they needed to rent a belt sander with a bag to catch the dust. Not only did they make a complete mess of my room, the job could have been done much better by a 3 year old! I am having to hire another floor contractor to redo the job. These pictures were taken AFTER they did the job a 2nd time. I am beyond upset! Now my painter is behind schedule and my home is a complete mess. "
