"Our central air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekday afternoon and the indoor temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. I called Ragsdale's emergency service after hours. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I took quotes from 5 reputable companies that are recommended by media advertising and home advisor services. The design sales reps were all asked to quote for 16 SEER staying within a comparable equipment quote. Unfortunately, I had quotes from $18,000 to $10,000 with Anytime coming in at just over $9700.00 for the same system targets. Yes some of them put 'add ons' as part of the package trying to discreetly up sell me. What convinced me was not so much the price as to how the system was calibrated for our home usage as I did not want to under buy nor over buy. Anytime pointed out that my home duct work and configuration would not allow certain units I desired. They recommended and explained what would achieve my goal of comfort and energy efficiency. The professionalism exemplified by how they approach the design really gave me a lot of comfort that what was being placed in my home was correct. When we had a question and called after 6pm the reps answered my call which told me that they are responsive to their customers needs which I leaned throughout the process of installing with follow up calls and emails answering questions that arose..
The installers did a terrific job enabling us to bring to code the linesets for the systems. The job took a day for each floor's system to be installed. The installers were courteous, careful, through and did not take shorts. In fact they tried to improve the install at every step. The installers worked from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm each day hardly taking breaks only to make sure that the work done was operating properly and we were satisfied. I cannot say enough how nice, interested, knowledgeable, and professional the installers were. They did the job as if it was for their home.
The owner Jason Bergstrom followed up with his installers and me to insure everything was going as expected and to my satisfaction.

"I called Mr Parham and he responded very promptly. When he arrived he was very professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on the cost to have the compressor replaced. The parts were ordered and installed as promised. I have also used him to have the thermostat replaced in my refrigerator. My washer was leaking water, he also fixed that also. All these were separate house calls, and each time Mr Parham was also professional, and on time and did the work as promised."

"Found this company through Angie's list. A recently acquired, not well maintained, old house with a twenty year old HVAC system was acting up. There was an Angie's List deal for an inspection which I purchased, and braced for the bad news. Contacted promptly the same Sunday, and an appointment scheduled at my earliest convenience. The service provider did an un rushed, thorough job. Found that, indeed, the unit had not been recently maintained, but that he only found the need for the heat exchange coils to be cleaned, a pound of coolant, and a switch replaced. Assessed that, despite its age, the unit was otherwise holding up well and likely to perform well another year or two. A pleasant surprise as I was bracing to be quoted replacement costs. The unit is now running great, and I have time to properly plan and shop for a replacement HVAC or geothermal system. No issues. A good honest job and repairs. Price seemed commensurate with the service provided.

"We had just purchased an older house that was being rented prior to us purchasing it, needless to say it was very dusty.  We purchased the service as a "deal" on Angie's List, so the price was good.  They were not the easiest to schedule, but their work was awesome and they were very professional while they worked.  My ducts were down right sparkly after the service.  I would recommend them to anyone (but would prepare them to be responsible for follow up) .  I wanted to use them again in a condo that I later moved to, but sadly they do not provide services to buildings."
