"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I called Mr Parham and he responded very promptly. When he arrived he was very professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on the cost to have the compressor replaced. The parts were ordered and installed as promised. I have also used him to have the thermostat replaced in my refrigerator. My washer was leaking water, he also fixed that also. All these were separate house calls, and each time Mr Parham was also professional, and on time and did the work as promised."

"Company came out the first time fairly promptly, but only completed the sanitization services on one of the two systems. We called them back, and received a prompt apology and commitment to come back the following Saturday.
So, we waited around all day Saturday and no one showed up or answered the phone when we called. For about 2 months we kept calling, and got various responses, including "I'll be in your area day after tomorrow and will come by and finish up," but no one ever showed up as promised.
Finally they stopped answering and returning our calls. Some time later we tried one more time, and were told that a loved one had been hospitalized as an explanation to why they did not return our calls. A different crew came out and completed the job finally around the beginning of September.
The crews were always friendly and thorough, but the total lack of response and multiple failures to come out as promised overshadowed the entire experience.
We won't be recommending Dust Mite Magic Duct Cleaning to any friends.
