"Joe was awesome and he did the job quickly. He installed 2 ceiling fans and 2 lights. I was happy because everything seemed reasonable at $273.50. However, after I paid I was emailed that I owe an extra $100. That means, just installation for these things were $94 each, which is extremely expensive. There was no extra material used. No getting rid of the old materials. No repair of anything. I will finish paying and never use the services again. Again, Joe was great, but the amount to pay is way to much for what was done."

"Working with Tom and James, Brian, Nick, and Tom was a pleasure! Tom came to my house, masked (due to COVID19) and sold me the window.His price was very reasonable and within the realms of other quotations I had received. The time frame he set for the installation was within days of the actual work being done. His workmen were fast, (window was installed in 2 hrs!) extremely courteous, and Clean!!!! "Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business. I recommend them."

"After gutting the bathroom and removing all of the old stuff he insulated the walls, hung new sheet rock & painted it, added new door & window trim, installed an exhaust fan, new lighting, vanity, toilet, etc.  We did away with the old tub and had him put in a new shower, which is beautifully tiled and has a nice sliding glass door.  He also tiled the floor, which looks great.  He does great tile work!  Kenny was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole job.  We did have a few delays, but that was due to the suppliers (Weinstein Supply & H. Winter Tile) getting things in on time and not due to Kenny.  Kenny was always very punctual and showed up when he said he would (ready to start sharp at 8 AM each day).  He did lose his one employee near the end of the job, but these things happen and Kenny made up for it and completed the job within our expectations.

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "Great! I will have further jobs done by this company. Job was done in a very timely manner. Contractor is great to work with. Price was less than other bidders, but quality of work was exceptional. This contractor totally demolished my bathroom and built me one that was more than I expected. I'm still trying to believe it's my bathroom. There was a slight delay at the beginning of the project, but the project was still completed ahead of time.
