Mr. Brown responded to our call immediately, but couldn't make it until the next day due to the lateness of the hour. We scheduled to be the first appointment of his day, 8:30am. Unfortunately, he had to wait for some parts and was delayed an hour. Once here, Mr. Brown was efficient, and after listening to me describe the problem, got to work diagnosing the problem. Functioning easily in a very tight space behind our refrigerator (Mr. Brown is not a small man), he quickly eliminated the dreaded compressor possibility and climbed out from behind. Next he checked the temperature control board, where he found the problem. Luckily, he had the part in his truck, which he installed and the fridge has been working great ever since. We would definitely call him again and have already recommended him to our neighbors.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Everyone at Bowen from the owner Ken Sr., to his son Kenny Jr, and Derrick, and Jose, and Holly, and the rest of the team, will make you feel like one of the family. They will give you honest and smart advice about how to handle all of your AC needs. And during the service calls, you don't have to worry about them exaggerating your issues and recommending repairs that aren't needed. I won't make the mistake of calling any other company again."

"Bruno is a great service! They have expanded their products to include a gigantic laundry list of products/services. I mention this because, though they are expert at what they do, they also have their techs trained in some serious upselling. This limits some of the core work they used to do, like just fix my A/C. And I don't want new windows! Yep, Bruno will fix my A/C and then install new windows. Great. Now, about my A/C... they have fixed my same float issue twice this year since March. The second tech found that the float fell over??? into the overflow and suggested I change the float system and put in some other techy float/bactroban/infrared/laser guided something-or-other. Roger that. I would probably never get the Robot float system... and here's the kicker: Bruno installed my new A/C unit last year!!! This year, they've been here twice to fix their own design and installation and I have to pay for it! Or, I can spend a grand on Floaty the Robot to fix their dumb design. Cancel the windows please."

When the project was complete, Tom had no hidden charges and had stuck to the original quoted price. While there, Tom had informed me of a saftey hazard with my furnace and plenum which he showed me an discussed what was needed to make the repairs. Needless to say I gave him that work too."
