"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.

When he came back to install our 80 gallon, commercial, "Bradford White" hot water heater Norbert and another younger technician were very helpful in removing the old tank with no mess at all and taking the tank away. All 3 worked very well together to complete the install. The total time to uninstall the old and install the new was only 2 1/2 hours. Thanks to all 3 technicians, you did a GREAT job!"

"The good: They came on Sunday. The Bad: Bait and Switch -- did not clean the main line (about 20 ft worth of duct) because they wanted another $250 to do 10 minutes worth of work.
