"Within an hour of purchasing the advertised special, Henry from B A R called us to set up an appointment for service. He seemed knowledgeable and showed up promptly to our appointed time. After working on the unit for about an hour he determined that the unit had died and there was no hope reviving it - it was 14 years old after all. WIthin a few days Henry was back and installed our new unit. Around the time he installed our unit, our second unit died. We had him replace it as well. "I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.
I am VERY thankful that I found North Alabama Technical Services! James is professional and personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. Why waste time and energy trying to fix things yourself and add to your problems when you can have someone like James actually fix it quickly and the right way the first time? Mark Huepenbecker was able to find out what the problem was with the HVAC and he explained in detail what the issue was and how it could be repaired before he started. He also noted some other issues with the unit and he explained some possible future issues with out repairs. We appreciated his work so much we purchased a service plan to cover any future repairs or services.

Mark was very professional and he was interested in making sure we were happy with his service. He took the time and didn't rush in and rush out like most service providers. At the time he was at the house he overheard me talking with a plumber because we had some issues with a toilet. Mark indicated that they are also plumbers as well but they don't advertise it because of their work load with HVAC customers. Mark made the exception and repaired the toilet at no cost. Now days it's hard to find people who go over and beyond what is required to help their customers.
