"We hired them to install a 40 foot french drain. Eric was very knowledgeable and professional, not to mention a very nice person and good listener. He was punctual and he and his crew were extemely hard workers. The job functions as promised, looks great and they were very conscientious about how they left the work area neat and clean. "Pipers Drain Repair did a solid job installing my water heater?the workmanship looks good and the unit is running properly. Unfortunately, communication was very poor and that outweighed the positives. I repeatedly requested the documentation needed for rebates/tax credits (invoice details, manufacturer/model info, etc.) and never received it. Because of that, I?m missing out on savings that amount to roughly 20% of the total cost. If you use this company, make sure you get all paperwork in writing before paying. I can?t recommend them based on the lack of follow-through."
