"I had a very disappointing experience with Beacon Home Services. This company charges extremely high prices for even the most basic repairs. I needed a simple leak fixed in my gas water heater?a job that took no more than 10?15 minutes?and the cost was outrageously high. Their customer service was equally frustrating. They were rude, unhelpful, and promised to call me back but never did. The lack of professionalism was obvious at every step. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. "I’ve been a customer since 1990 seen many changes some good some bad. I had the pleasure of talking to a lady named Pat M about furnace filters she was extremely helpful and provided all the information I required. I ordered them online just as she had provided it all worked out fine. I should see them in 6 to 7 days. When I had my new system put in, I had an electrostatic filter system installed. Here’s the problem. I have to buy the filters online. F H Furr does not sell them. It seems to me that if I had it installed there, I should be able to buy the pieces I need to keep it serviced instead of going online. Like I said, they’re usually good with their Service and I like most of their technicians. They are usually very, very good. But it’s a little things like this ther just aggravate me."

"Technician came and for replacing stove cord and replacing just the outlet he charged $675. Unfortunately I didn't realize that this was overcharged. I learned after service that this should not cost more than $250-$300.Technician also didn't give me a receipt, I have been calling to speak with a manager and am told that manager will call me but they never did. What a rip off. This is last time I will hire them for sure. Be very careful if you hire them, definitely should get few quotes or look up how much it cost otherwise they will charge whatever. "

The team was well prepared and meticulous while being efficient during the installation process, including a nice cleanup job. It looked like they were never there other than the new equipment up and running well!
