"The replacement went fine. The work was professional and at the agreed time. I was pleased with that. My only issue was with the charges. I had found the mechanism online priced at $108 (with $13 shipping). It would have arrived after my desired time frame, so I expected the locksmith would have a local resource from which to purchase at a wholesale price in a more timely manner. I expected that price to be about $60; certainly less than $100. However, I was told the locksmith paid $179! This didn't seem reasonable. Also, I did not receive an itemized receipt, only a total. After expecting to pay perhaps $150, I was actually charged almost TWICE that. So although I was happy with the work, I was certainly not happy with the price."

"there was a problem getting out the old dishwasher. Once he was finally able to get it out he discovered the builder did not install the wiring correctly and it was tangled up plus the plug had a cut in it. Bottom line is JPR had to fix the wiring problem before installing the new dishwasher. It did cost me more but the cost was still reasonable. They fixed it correctly and installed the new dishwasher. I purposely hired JPR from Angies list because i did not want the company where I purchased the dishwasher to install it. I have hired JPR to come back to install flooring and do some remodeling sometime this summer. I highly recommend JPR."

He explained the timeline, which was accurate in terms how long it would take the windows to come from the factory. Then Greg, the owner, scheduled the two installers, Omar and Pepe, to come out and do the job. They were pleasant and professional, working consistently and diligently from start to finish. They made every effort to coordinate schedules with us, as we wanted to be home during the installation. We are beyond pleased and feel like we have a new house. We had Sol Solutions install gutters over a year ago and were glad to use them again for this job. Greg is a true professional and will make sure that customers are happy with the job, even if he has to come behind and do it himself."

My only complaint is that Jessie doesn't provide other home improvement services so I could have his team do all my work."

"It is the second time we have used them and I can't anything but awesome! They installed 3 windows for us this time. There are no leaks anywhere in the windows or chance of leaks anywhere. Love them. They open to where you can clean them while you're inside, they are just great. The company cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have to do anything. They made sure the windows were all nice and clean. What stood out the most was their ability to rise to the occasion. There was a lot of rain this season and they are unable to install windows during times of rain of coarse. As soon as there was a free day they installed our windows first. Would most definitely recommend them. They were going to come out the next week but we had 2 weeks of rain so it was 3 weeks. We were not able to find any window or installation for less than that price. My husband had researched before we chose them. Their stuff is just the top of the line. They were here exactly at 9 o'clock. I was shocked as most contractors are not that prompt. We will be using them again to do 5 other windows for us."
