"My garage door was not functioning. I had to find out if it could be repaired or if a new one was needed. Unfortunately, a tree near the garage had cracked the floor and is making it lean. A new door should not be installed until these corrections are made. Unfortunately, this work is not in my budget right now. Jeff Biehms, the Technician, was able to identify the problems, explain them to me, and prepare the current door for manual operation. He assured me that the garage is sound and that the door is safe to use. He even explained what problems might develop, probably wouldn't, and what to do, in case they did. When, and if, I am able to take care of the problems, I will get that new door. It will come from Precision Garage Door."

"We put off replacing our sliding glass door as long as possible,  Making the wrong choice would be an expensive, annoying mistake.  If a window doesn't open properly, it's an annoyance.  If a sliding glass door doesn't open properly, you potentially can't access your yard, and worst case have a safety issue.
In addition, our existing sliding glass door was an odd size, just over 8.5' wide.  Because of these concerns, we ended up getting quotes from five different companies.  Past experience with getting window quotes made me certain that this would be a painful process.  Surprisingly, one one of the vendors used the old high pressure tactics. 
Steve, from WindowPRO was the last quote we received.  He was knowledgeable about the product, and came up with a solution that not only saved us money, ended up looking great.  The sales process was easy, and we wrote the check for the deposit on the spot.
The next step was to have a project manager come out and take final measurements.  Again this was easy to schedule.  From that point, the window and door was ordered.  A few weeks later they called to make the installation appointment.  Once again, they were able to work with our schedule.
The installation went great.  They called in advance, arrived on time, and did a great job.  Everything looks great, they did a great job cleaning up, and did a great job of explaining the features and care of the new door. 
We have six more windows to replace, and WindowPro will be our first call when we're ready to complete that project.

We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing. 

We are very pleased with both the quality of the door and the installation.  We would not hesitate to use Mike again

"Originally they quoted a much larger and more costly job that we wanted done including minor remodeling of 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately we sustained a couple of major problems with our well and our septic system which ate up a large portion of our budget  we had set aside for this remodeling. So now the job went from a $15,000 job to a $1500 job. Todd the owner was understanding and in order to make up for some of the work we asked if he could do the doors and electrical. He agreed. I was going to do the painting. I started to do the painting and had an accident with the ladder slipping out from under me when I was at the 12 foot level and sustained a injury. Thank goodness they were on site. One of the workers helped me get up and get the paint out of my eyes and off my face. While Todd cleaned the paint off of the tile before any damage could occur. In addition Todd arranged for a painter to come in the next day and paint out the kitchen for a very modest cost. 
T&M Tile is a small but very good company. As you can see from above they do what ever needs to be done when it need to be done.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality job done at a reasonable price by people that go the extra mile and really do care."

"My daughter knew of my terrible experience with my prior company and she had just gotten a new wireless system from 1st Security. I could not believe how much easier and more up to date this security system was to use than my old one. I have had many, many technicians in my home from the prior system, but absolutely none were as knowledgeable, personable, efficient or professional as Larry. He would not leave until I was comfortable, and even then advised me to call if I needed anything or had more questions. He was amazing.!!! A few days after my system was installed, I triggered a false alarm. The monitoring station called right away and did not hang up until assured that all was well. I did not have to wait or try to call them and get put on hold like with my old system. I only wish that I had more houses for them to install their system into, but since I don't, I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. 1st Security is affordable, state of the art and comprehensive. They are honest with no fine print that you have to worry about! I sincerely appreciate Jeremy and Larry and sleep so much better because of them . Thank you 1st Security!!!"
