"Mike was great. He came out to my house and gave an estimate for replacing my water line. He scheduled my service for the next day. He was on time and had my water line replaced in about 3.5 hours or so."

"The service went well. I had them install a lightening protector. We paid an additional fee for that. One electrician came out and completed the job in about 30 minutes. He was very thorough and respectful of my home. I had no problems scheduling the deal."

"Jeff did an excellent job explaining what we need to do for the humidity in our basement. He also looked at our downspouts and gave suggestions on replacing the tubing at the end of the downspouts. He was very knowledgable, professional and did not waste time.

"This company is awesome! The crew did a thorough inspection of my plumbing system inside and outside of my home until they found the leak. Tim explained the scope of work to be performed. The crew were very professional and detailed about their work. Every step of the process, I was informed of the progress. I was very pleased that the crew took very special care of my yard as they made the seamless installation of my new water line. This installation was so cool to watch. This company has integrity and business ethics in which my husband and I appreciate. This is definitely the only plumbing experts you need!"

"From the time that we contacted Turbo Rooter Plumbing & Septic, LLC we were treated with respect! I spoke to Stephanie when I called to make an appointment. She informed me that there schedule was booked on the day that I requested. However, she was able to accommodate me with another day that worked for me. Stephanie was very polite and nice over the phone, as well as answered the questions that I had. The technicians Ryan and Ronnie's work was exceptional! They unclogged our Kitchen sink drain line in our basement that was stopped up. After unclogging the drain in the Kitchen basement they discovered that the line upstairs had now become clogged. They willfully unclogged this line as well and did not charge anything extra from what was already quoted. My wife and I are extremely grateful and thankful that we contacted Turbo Rooter Plumbing & Septic Company!"

"The contractor was professional, but made many snap decisions without any diagnostics to base the recommendations upon.
I was told before they arrived that they covered any in warranty parts for Goodman heat pumps, but when I told him the unit was one year old and under warranty, he had to call his boss for authorization, and acted like he was doing me a favor replacing the part under warranty.
The contractor also told me that my interior coils needed to be replaced, but never performed any diagnostics upon which to base that recommendation.
The contractor recommended that I replace R-22 refrigerant in my units. He couldn't tell me how much I needed to add, although he hooked up diagnostics to my units to measure my levels. When I asked how much was needed, he told me he couldn't be for sure. I asked how much R-22 is per pound, he said they don't charge based on actual pounds added to the unit, just a flat fee regardless if they add 1 lb or 10! The flat fee was more than $300 per unit. I told him I was not interested in getting them recharged at this service, but he still wrote up a sales order with those items on the sales order. This is a sales tactic that I do not appreciate.
