"Overall a good experience. It took a little while for the owner to figure out why our baseboard heaters were not working, he figured out and all is good. I like the speed of response to our inquiry and his fast availability. I would certainly use them again"

"I appreciated that the company rep did a wonderful job explaining the workings of a heat pump. His explanation made it easy for me to decide to change to a heat pump from my tried and true (and old) gas wall heater. I appreciate the installers, the electricians, and the followup by the company rep after the installation. Love my quiet warm air! I highly recommend West Mechanical!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Justin did an amazing job clearing out an outdated bulky system and installed a new clean very organized set-up. I am very happy with my new heat pump and would recommend J&L to all my friends and family."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"Air Pros did the heating & A/C in our home when we remodeled last spring. Sheldon and I discussed my project and after going over the all the options we chose to go with splits for heating & A/C. Sheldon and his crew were very professional, they showed up as scheduled, were very efficient and always left the site clean. I was very impressed with there work and pricing. Ii was so pleased with their work that later last year I had them replace heaters at two other properties. This work involved installing new gas heaters and modifying some duct work. Again we were very pleased with Air Pros work. They worked out a schedule with the occupants and we’re in and out in one day at each site. Thanks Air Pros get a 5 stars rating from us."

"What can I add about this place? From the Home Advisor....I called this company and talked to the most helpful and kind person (Kim) that actually seemed to want to help her customers find the RIGHT solution....and just not replace the whole expensive $2,500 plus tax power vent gas water heater....that had also been quoted by another company....but suggested by Kim that they might be able to repair not just replace our defective one!!! Then, the actual repair man (Cory) came out and dealt with my wife in the exact same manner!!!! He did find that we did not have the exact type of I thought we had...(my mistake)...and said he could be back with the new Part in just two days and was able to make ours work temporarily until her returned. Our final cost was only 1/4 of what the "other" company was willing to doo....and yet.....this company...just saved us an our perfectly good water heater with just a part as it was still not old enough to even justify a new one due to age. USE THIS COMPANY with complete comfort and safety that you are dealing with people that do want to fix and even at their loss of extra income to make you a satisfied customer and do it RIGHT for you! I only wish I could tell the whole area about thse excellent people that really do care about us...the customer! Thank you Kim And Cory for your GREAT service!"
