"We used Marshall Insulation to provide insulation and seal our ductwork and we are very pleased.  Jeff the salesman was very thorough and professional.  The crew that did the work was awesome, making sure we understood exactly what was going on, providing pictures of the attic as they did their work, and were very neat.  Although we have not had a summer pass yet, our SRP bill is already lower.  We are really glad we decide to go with Marshall and highly recommend them to anyone looking for insulation and ductwork.

"Everything went fine, until I asked that he replace the shutoff gate valves with 1/4 turn valves. He eemurred saying that would be another hour's work and I would have to pay extra. I had a different plumber install similar fixtuires and the valves in two hours for two basins. When I asked about this I was told that this was their standard practice, and the technician was not happy with the coupon arrangement that he claimed was set up by Angie's List without input from the company. While the work was done professionally, I was surprised that he wanted another hour to install the two valves and that I got this story about disagreement between the AL sales department and his company.
