"The work was done in July 2018, so I'm a little late submitting this review. My vent runs inside the wall from the ground floor to the roof and the house has a second floor so it's a very long vent. We had just gotten a new dryer that had a flow sensor on it and it would't run but a few minutes because the vent was clogged. These guys worked hard to get it cleaned out from the inside and from on the roof. That night the sensor on the dryer came on again so there was still some blockage. The guys from 1 Choice Mechanical came out the next day at no charge and cleaned the vent again. It's worked great ever since then. Our clothes dry in no time. They were punctual and professional. We couldn't be happier."

"The young man from Greenwell Dustin texted me earlier than I expected which was great and arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the issue told me what part was needed and told me where I could get it to save some money. Got the part and he installed it and verified everything was working correctly with no leaks of water or natural gas. Dustin will be who I request if I need any other services from Greenwell Plumbing."

"I was very pleased with the work done by Henrys Heating A/C in repairing the wires from the AC unit. Logan was very efficient and knowledgeable and explained the problem thoroughly. Fast, friendly service was greatly appreciated."

"Aaron was the technician that came to fix the problem I had with my furnace. He found a fuse that was bad and replaced it. He also checked to see if the furnace was still running right. After all he did I wasn't charged anything for what he did. Because Aaron said that all he did was replaced a blown fuse . I will definitely use Elite Heating and Air for all my future problems.!!! Thanks again Aaron for your professionalism!"

"We did a remodel and Scott installed brand new Heating And Cooling for the home. This was in 2020. I’ve used them for many other projects since then, he comes highly recommended!"

"Ronnie from Airtech contacted me quickly to look at the job and give me a price. After several bids from other companies, Airtech beat them saving me hundreds. Steve and Alex came out and installed the mini-split heat pump unit in my new sunroom. Both were men courteous and knowledgeable. Everything has been up and running for almost 3 weeks and all is fine. Thanks Airtech for a job well done."

"We have been maintenance (once a year check on the A/C and once a year check on the furnace) customers for years spending about $200 a year for that service and have always been happy with the service. Our A/C appointment is normally in August however, knowing it is an older unit I called in May and asked if they would go ahead and come out. I was told there was no need and they would call to schedule in August. Well last night the unit went out. Don’t know if the service appointment would have prevented it or not. Called at 8 AM this morning (Wednesday) and was told they could come out Monday afternoon. I feel like 6 days was a little ridiculous even thought I understand it is hot out and I’m sure they are busy so she took my name and left a message for the service manager. I called back at 11:30 and left a second message. At 2 he finally called me back and while he was apologetic he also told me Monday or I could pay the emergency rate $98 for the first half hour and have them come out late Friday or early Saturday (still 3-4 days away). I am giving them a C because up until now we have been happy with their maintenance (and even recommended them to friend) but I question what is the point of being a maintenance member or “preferred” customer if you can’t get them to come out within a day or two when you need them. Will be looking at one of the other providers that value the loyal customers."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Mr. David came to investigate the problem the same day that I called. I asked him about an estimate of the repair over the phone and he was very willing to give a general estimate. Other companies wanted to do a service run and charge for that before discussing price. Mr. David s price was almost half of the other company that I contacted earlier in the week. Mr. David was very knowledgeable about our heating and air system. He gave us several recommendations to assist in saving money on the LGE bill. Also, Mr. David didn t try to sell us something else or suggest a new furnace and air system. I highly recommend this company for any heating and air issues. Blackwood s number is going in my contact list!"
