He gave me the price for the mediation with no pressure or scare tactics. At that point, I decided to proceed. I knew the dangers of mildew and that it could spread if not stopped. "This company was absolutely the best!! They came to the house right away, found the A/C problem and fixed it. Then I asked Roger to look at the heat side of the central air system because it didn&apos;t seem to work. We recently bought the house and the old owner never hooked up the heat. Service tech traced the wires back all the way through the house and found the error and fixed it properly. They went above and beyond and could have probably charged us a lot more but they were honest and hard working. I would definitely refer them and send them to my own mothers house."
