"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Of course the A/C quits on the afternoon of the 90+ degree day! Fan and compressor were not working, but indoor fan was, meaning either a capacitor or contractor issue in the outdoor unit. Called office 10 minutes before they were done for the day, but was able to confirm a repair appointment for first thing the next morning. Technician (Sean) was here at 8 am, and after a 2 minute discussion and check, confirmed that capacitor was the issue. Still under warranty from Bryant, so that was a plus, but I was surprised that there was a failure after only 3 years since last unit ( also a Bryant, nd installed by AC Engineers after house was built in 1997) never had a problem for the 17 years we had it until replaced with the higher efficiency unit. The interesting comment from the technician was that he would likely replace 5-6 more capacitors that day (!!!!!), not tied to any particular brand of unit, but more because all the manufacturers use the same capacitor from the same source, and "they literally don't build them like the used too". Rather illuminating - In addition to the capacitor fix, he did a full service check of the system. Excellent job, responsive and knowledgeable."

"The repair person, Keith, came a couple weeks ago and had to order the defroster for the refrigerator.  The part was delayed coming but the technician came back once (without charge) just to manually thaw out the coils so the refrigerator would continue to cool properly.  The part was installed today and the refrigerator runs great.  He explained what was going on, exactly what it would cost, and tried to keep me informed as to the part's arrival and installation.  I would definitely recommend their services!

"great. We bought the analysis package. The rep came out and spent nearly three hours that included a whole house air leakage test, inspection and photos of whole house with infra-red camera. Plan of action was proposed and potential utility rebates were discussed. We signed up for the service which took five days, by a crew of three. Very professional, daily cleanup and went above & beyond."

"Extremely well! We now have an efficiently working A/C system instead of the old one that, evidently, was only pumping the slightly cooler air from the basement up into the rest of the house. All is working very well after a week or more of use.
