The repairman arrived exactly on time. He adjusted one garage door opener that wasn't working. It only took about five minutes. So, we weren't charged for that.

He then replaced another garage door opener. He didn't have one in his truck, so he came back later to do the work. We weren't home at that time. He took all of the required information and did the work while we were gone. He was very accommodating and helpful.

Their prices were significantly lower than another company that I have used for years.

Benchmark was punctual, and repaired the broken spring on the 16x8 overhead door. informed them that one of the lights was not

working on the opener. They checked it out and repaired the socket. Greased and adjusted all doors. They were very professional

and the total job did not take them more than one hour.

"Shotty work from another contractor from the previous owners of this house left us with leaky windows a few weeks after we moved in. When I called them to revisit their work, it was clear they had no idea what they were doing.  They never caulked around the windows after putting them back in and did a sloppy job after I called them back over.   I called LDS and even though their schedule was super busy, he squeezed me in the next day to at least take a look at the issue. Ronnie knew right away that they used the wrong caulk.  Since he wasn't able to see what the previous contractors did to the windows, Ronnie caulked around the windows with the proper materials hoping that would resolve the leaking issue.  Had a minor smaller leak several weeks later when the temperatures dropped and Ronnie came back over to touch up weak areas.  So far, we haven't had any more issues but I feel confident that if we did, LDS would come back out to do the necessary repairs.  Great communication and reliable service, would definitely call again.

"I called Forest door for a quote and they came out to quote it right away. Their price was competitive. I had them quote on the door quite a while ago but I did not proceed because of cost. When I re-opened my inquiry, between them and their competition, they were able to locate the quote quickly and got the business. It took about two weeks for the door to come in and they installed it right away. The two man crew came out to my house within the one hour time frame. It took a few hours to install."

"These guys are excellent. Their estimate was accurate and fair. We looked at four different companies and this is the only one that assessed the problem correctly. We had exterior French doors installed by another contractor and he did damage to the door, and it wouldn't close correctly. We had to deal with this for six months before giving up and hiring these guys. They started the job ahead of schedule and did very nice work."

"Very well done. Responded quickly to a small caulking miss after work was done and payment was made. Their storm door product (ProVia) costs a bit more than big box storm doors but feel I got more for the money as well. Will of course know their true durability only after many years have passed but product certainly looks and feels sturdier than my old Larson doors which themselves weren't bad."

"First off, everyone we've dealt with has been professional, friendly, and courteous. We liked the reviews we saw in Angie's List and Murphy's installed a new sliding door for us in Nov 2014. One of our requests was it be "lightweight" and easy to slide. Well, it didn't seem that way when it was installed, but we were told to give it some time to loosen up. Nope. Still heavy and hard to open and close... 3+ years later. Next problem was the screen door with it. In Spring 2015 (when we needed it, since the door was installed in the winter), the screen door continuously came off its track. Don came out to fix it ("right") and it almost lasted until the end of the season. I spoke with Jimmy Murphy who runs the place... again, super nice and super friendly... but when I reached him to help... lots of delays, promises, etc. I kept putting it back on the track myself for short-term fixes. I called/texted in the Fall 2017 to have it fixed or replaced... no response. Called/Texted again in Spring 2018 and was told someone would be out to take care of it. No one. Another call and text promising to be there "next Tuesday." Nothin. I've had enough. Well meaning group, but lacks follow-through and, apparently, the ability to keep customers happy/satisfied. Hard to imagine that 20 minutes of their time and/or possibly $10-50 in parts will cost them my future business and possibly the loss of others' business (after reading this). Won't use again...."
