"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"I think I answered this question already, but I'll say it a again: Mulholland fixed the problem, staff was polite, professional and friendly. They removed their shoes, did not smoke, shout or swear. They thoroughly cleaned up any mess they made, and were quick to respond when their was a problem.

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. We told him our budget, and that while we understood there were more areas for improvement than our budget allowed, he worked with us to assess and confirm what the most pressing issue was, the attic insulation. He also looked at other points in the house by my request in order to plan for potential future jobs. His crew came shortly after, and were very respectful to adhere to COVID protocols.
