Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "Usually, I can expect the service person to try to sell me an add-on or something extra with every visit; although, that had gotten better because I complained about that. My 10-year warranty ran out this year, so of course, I was told several things about my system to encourage me to buy a new system or spend lots of money to fix/upgrade this system. Something is wrong with that. The system that preceded the one I have was 30 years old when replaced. Service persons have always been polite and responsive; the cost is what drives me crazy."
