"We had a great result using them. I originally called because of an issue in a room with a bay window - it was very cold in the window, as though they didn't insulate properly underneath. They offered to come in and do the energy audit. Their recommendations were reasonable, and included a fix for the bay window insulation issue. There was no "hard sell". Their estimated savings for implementing the improvements were $1700 / year. We had the option to finance and roll the costs into our PSEG LI bill, or pay up front (and get a small additional discount).
I've recommended them to others, who have had similar positive results.

"Geoffrey Katz and his team are dedicated to saving you money on heating and cooling costs. They are really into the science of insulation, vapor barriers etc., and were very responsive and responsible in terms of the work preformed. They were on time, cleaned up and even remembered some add-ons that Mr. Katz had suggested such as fixing the flue for a water heater that our plumber had neglected. They were great!"

"Eco Green Solutions were great to deal with. They came to the home for an initial consultation and provided me with great solutions for the heat loss problem I had in the home. The salesperson provided me a clean understandable proposal with different options I could choose from depending on my budget.
When we agreed upon the scope their office scheduled an appointment with me to schedule the work. Their crew showed up on time, wore booties on their feet to keep my floors as clean as possible and did a remarkable job patching and priming the walls for painting. I wasn't home when the work was performed, but the painting contractor I had in the home at the same time commented on how professional they were and how they made his job so much easier.
As a homeowner, heating and cooling cost are real concerns. I highly recommend anyone considered with those things like I am to have Eco Green Solutions do an energy audit of their home and see where they can save.
