"I had an unusual request for A.N.D. I wanted an old garage door put on a new track and a new garage door on and old track. After they left, the new door on the old track was not working correctly. They came back quickly to adjust the old track so that the door ran correctly. They were very professional in returning to correct the problem which may have been caused by the old track."

"The man came to measure went well, the installers were good. The salesman was good however he did not show me a cut away of the door or actually present any samples of the track. Just pictures and what can you tell from a picture??? The price was okay as I was anxious to get the door in before cold weather so bought it mainly for the pricing and thinking I would get in in about 6 weeks. It was 4 months and COLD when finally installed. The installation went well and only about 90 minutes. However after it was in I find out how terrible the threshold is. The track stands up about 1/2". You easily catch your toe on it, also stepping on the track your foot has no support. There is no raised panel to make the threshold even so you aren't' stepping right on the raised slide that the door slides on. Like stepping on a stick and again...you can trip on it easily. Also it was just a dual glass, not triple glas door. Hence the cheapness of it. I would never recommend Wasco for doors. Thumbs down all the way. When you buy cheap you get cheap so go for a better quality upper end door."

"Specialists Len (owner), Ed, Neal, & Joe arrived promptly at the assigned time, 7 am. They were very careful, covering the floors & remaining furniture. The guys were pleasant & worked diligently. Eddie did an awesome job "repairing" the moisture-damaged living room wall. It looks perfect! Len applied the fine finishing touches on some woodwork in the hallway he painted. He did a meticulous job on that & the entire bathroom. For the kitchen & bath, we decided to use Len's expert knowledge of color harmonies, & were very pleased! The full project was completed by 4 pm, including clean-up! Len was right for us to be cautious about the family room ceiling. There was slight bleeding, but thanks to a quick return job from Ed (again using oil-based Kilz, rather than regular paint) & son, Eric, it now looks perfect! "We have windows that we bought from Thermal-Gard years ago.  A few years after we bought them, the company no longer offered their services in Wisconsin.  So, when we had a problem with one of the windows, they told us they would send the parts but we have to find someone to repair the window.  My bathroom window would not open from the bottom at all.   I had difficulty finding someone who would do the work.  Found Superior thru Angies List.  Scott and Ryan replaced the springs but since Thermal-Gard didn't send  the correct springs, the window didn't stay up.  So, after recieving the correct springs, Ryan returned and replaced them.  No extra charge either.  How nice!  Very happy with the company.
