"Hoosier drain is a great company with very reasonable prices! We lost our pressure due to an old pump, and when it couldn’t be replaced they worked fast to get our new well drilled. Hoosier drain even provided us with a temporary fix by dropping a new pump on our old pump until they were able to get drillers out with no extra charge. We were given estimates day 1 and had no surprises at all on the cost. Dave and his team (Matt, Baylon, Damon and more), were very educated and made sure to explain everything clearly so we understood each step and could make educated decisions on how to proceed. They used a third party for drilling, yet still helped fill the holes the drilling truck made- again without even being asked. They also brought out tools to the drilling company to trim the trees so that we could get the new well drilled asap. Super thankful we utilized this company and would recommend them again and again! Dave personally was made available anytime as well. 10/10"

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"Reed was here the same day that I requested a quote. He was very understanding as to my financial situations since I am on disability and do not have much extra money. The quote was for installing a new sink and replacing the toilet. I had purchased the items from Lowe's. However, I wish I had known about Triple J before I purchased from Lowe's. Triple J also has bathroom fixtures for sale. Their toilets have brass fittings inside while the one that I got had plastic. The young men that came to do the work, Noah and Mike were very polite and professional. I was amazed at how quickly and completely knowledgeable they both were while doing the job. They even made "friends" with my Shih Tzu, Gidget and she ran around the house "helping" them! My two young grandsons were also visiting that day and the young men spoke with them and let them watch what they were doing. "Prior to choosing ABS, I received several quotes and made my final decision based ABS being family owned and operated. When I received my quote from Aaron, he inspected my crawl space and outside my home. He took several reading of the moisture throughout the wood. Aaron spent several hours going over all the issues he found. Time was not an issue for Aaron, as he explained the situation to us, he answered all our questions (sometimes twice) and was very polite. Now onto the days of installation, day one, Joe their lead engineer and crew arrived onsite. Joe was polite and knowledge of the job he was there to perform. He stayed in constant contact with me. Walked me through the process they were doing each day. They spent 5 days due to the size of the job. On day 4 is where they had issues, some larger jobs tends to have unexpected complications. The complications are where you will know if you hired a good company or not. As I stated Joe’s continuous communication with me helped me understand their issues and the company’s solutions. They had to call in more support and because this is a family owned company even the owner showed up. They took the time to explain to me what was happening and what they did to fix the issues. They did not charge me the additional material or time. They went above and beyond what most companies would have done. Now I have a solid and dry crawl space and that is all thanks to American Basement Solutions.
