"Hoosier drain is a great company with very reasonable prices! We lost our pressure due to an old pump, and when it couldn’t be replaced they worked fast to get our new well drilled. Hoosier drain even provided us with a temporary fix by dropping a new pump on our old pump until they were able to get drillers out with no extra charge. We were given estimates day 1 and had no surprises at all on the cost. Dave and his team (Matt, Baylon, Damon and more), were very educated and made sure to explain everything clearly so we understood each step and could make educated decisions on how to proceed. They used a third party for drilling, yet still helped fill the holes the drilling truck made- again without even being asked. They also brought out tools to the drilling company to trim the trees so that we could get the new well drilled asap. Super thankful we utilized this company and would recommend them again and again! Dave personally was made available anytime as well. 10/10"

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"Reed was here the same day that I requested a quote. He was very understanding as to my financial situations since I am on disability and do not have much extra money. The quote was for installing a new sink and replacing the toilet. I had purchased the items from Lowe's. However, I wish I had known about Triple J before I purchased from Lowe's. Triple J also has bathroom fixtures for sale. Their toilets have brass fittings inside while the one that I got had plastic. The young men that came to do the work, Noah and Mike were very polite and professional. I was amazed at how quickly and completely knowledgeable they both were while doing the job. They even made "friends" with my Shih Tzu, Gidget and she ran around the house "helping" them! My two young grandsons were also visiting that day and the young men spoke with them and let them watch what they were doing. I will definitely call this company again if I have any other plumbing needs."

"The gentleman who showed up to give me the quote was professional and courteous. No problems at all. The company called a few days later to schedule an appointment to perform work. The crew showed up at the appointed time, introduced themselves, and quickly began working. I was honestly surprised at how nice they were. They notified me when they were finished and asked me to come and inspect the crawlspace. I was amazed at how well it looked and how quickly they were done. They had the entire job completed and site cleaned up in 8 hours. The company even called the next day to make sure I was happy with the project! I will definitely be using them again!!!
