"This is by far the most professional company I have ever dealt with...and we have had a lot of work done to our houses over the years.  Everyone is very friendly, very available and pay such close attention to detail.  I am very OCD about things in my house and so are they!  They worked really hard to get everything level and perfect.  Their architect had great ideas and helped us a lot along the way.  The hardscape team always cleaned up after themselves every day and everyone really seemed to care about what we wanted and how we thought things were going.  I just can't say enough good things about them.  We did get a price from 2 other landscape companies and they were right in line with everyone else. Super happy with our new patio, firepit and grill!

"There was no leakage until about three weeks ago.  The crack then reopened and water is seeping through.  We have tried to contact them.  However, they shut down their email and three phone numbers.  They will not return any messages.  It was a lifetime warranty, but that does us no good if they are out of business.

The existing problem (and why they have C's from us) is that we have completely lost contact and have no way to get resolution."

"Mike has been so accommodating.  He has gone out of his way to make sure I have had a pleasant experience.  This guy did an incredible job at a very affordable price.  I wouldn’t normally call concrete beautiful, but this was beautiful job.  I can’t recommend him highly enough!"

"We were having low water pressure so we called J & C well and drilling to come and check it out. They came out on a Saturday and gave us a quote. He came back out on Monday and replaced the well pump.  Our well is hard to get to so it was not an easy job. We also had a leak in our tank so we had him replace it. He did a great job! Very professional and kind! If we  need a plumber we would call him again!

I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work.  Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon.   Heck yes!   An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start.   They arrived at 9 am.   The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.

Both Charles and his helper are very personable.   All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy.   All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.

I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small.

Update:   Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it.   He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding.   He will be returning to replace the drywall.   Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner.   We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.

"The sales representative was very knowledgeable and considerate on the subject at hand, and was also on time to our appointment. The proposal was explained to me step by step and at no point did the proposal seem confusing or unreasonable. I needed the job to be done ASAP because of other work that needed to be done on my house, and they were able to start and finish the job within 4 days of our appointment. The job itself only took 2 days. The laborers were prompt and cleaned their area after each day. When the job was completed I was amazed at how their equipment was able to raise and roll back my chimney and adjoining wall almost completely back to the way it had been before it settled after all of these storms. I would recommend this type of work for settling homes or businesses to insure their value."

FAQs for water or fuel tank remove projects in Greensboro, IN

There are several reasons why you might need to remove an oil tank. In some areas, local regulations require tanks to be removed after a certain period. Leaking tanks can pose hazards to drinking water and the environment. Plus, many municipalities won't allow property sales until an inspection confirms the oil tank is safe.

One option for disposing of an oil tank is to have your removal pro take it to a dismantling yard or salvage yard for recycling. If a salvage yard isn’t an option, you can contact a local landfill or a local oil tank removal service for help finding a proper disposal location for your tank. Typically, you’ll need to show there’s no sludge or residue in the tank.

A leaking oil tank reveals itself through increased energy bills and a noticeable oily sheen on water surfaces, which signals a malfunction. You may also experience strong oil odors and observe stained grass and deteriorating vegetation near your property. These clear warning signs demand immediate professional evaluation to protect the environment and secure your property’s safety.

Yes, states mandate soil testing during oil tank removal to detect hazardous pollutants that harm the environment. This testing confirms that no soil contamination exists. Certified specialists collect soil samples to meet regulatory requirements and ensure property safety. Conducting these tests protects water quality and the structure’s integrity while immediately triggering any necessary remediation measures.
