Lock on patio door poorly installed, requires a special adjustment motion to make it work.
Basement door also has lock problems: The handle lock and deadbolt lock cannot be locked at the same time due to misalignment. Only one or the other can be used.
Otherwise the doors operate well and look good.

Rodolfo Galo responded promptly to our request for an estimate to replace several clapboards on our home along with scraping and painting the exterior of the house. He emailed the quote to us on the following day. He also furnished us with a Certificate of Insurance before he began the work. The project was delayed by one day but he called in advance to let us know. They began the work on a Monday morning, showing up at 7:30 AM. The entire project took one week and each day they were at our home at 7:30 AM and worked until it was too dark to work anymore. We even increased the scope of work to be done and they were still able to get the entire project completed within the one week estimated time. They were very quiet and respectful of our property. They covered our windows and shrubs with plastic and tarps as they were painting. They never bothered us with loud music or the request to use our bathroom. Rodolfo and Jose, were very pleasant and thorough in their preparation of the clapboards to be painted. When the project was complete, they removed all trash and debris from our property. They even took the old shutters from our home to dispose of them. We would not hesitate to hire them again. The job went very smoothly and was well done.

"We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."

"We had a great experience working with MA Design & Construction. They care about their work and make sure the customer is happy. We recently wrapped up several projects with them – kitchen and half bath remodel, new flooring, adding new recessed lights, new fireplace hearth and painting all of the first floor and stairwells going up and downstairs. From the beginning, both Marc and Raquel were super responsive, often within minutes and many times well outside of business hours. They listened to what we wanted and Raquel, Marc and their tile guy all offered wonderful suggestions that we did not think of. The initial estimate was accurate and within reason. We wound up going a little over because we needed a new sub-panel installed and decided to go with upgraded countertops. This was not because of any inaccurate forecasting. The team was organized and cleaned up every day. On top of everything, they finished the work earlier than we expected! "We hired Superior Kitchen and Bath to replace our existing bathroom and bathtub with a completely new bathroom with a walk in shower.  They were selected based on their very detailed cost estimate that demonstrated that they were experienced professionals and knew exactly how to approach this project.  The work involved demolishing the entire bathroom, expanding the bathroom area by taking an adjacent closet, relocating the air stacks, relocating the bathroom door to allow for expanding the shower area. After reframing for a new ADA compliant walk in shower, new plumbing and electrical connections were made and a new vanity, toilet and tiles, and plaster completed the project.  The end result was excellent.   Jane and Brandon and their team did a fantastic job.  They worked very closely with us throughout the project to make sure the vision we had for our new bathroom met our expectations.  I highly recommended this company for anyone considering remodeling their bathrooms
