"David was fantastic! He responded to my request for a quote with a phone call right away. He was able to arrive within a few hours (on a Saturday afternoon!) and was able to diagnose the issue in no time. He explained it with clarity, told me how it would need to be fixed, which included purchasing parts, so he'd need to come back on Monday. He arrived promptly this morning, fixed the issue in no time, and the house had heat again. What really makes David's work worth such a positive review is not just that he was fast, affordable, thorough, and super friendly. He also went above & beyond - once he was done with the heating system, he mentioned that he did plumbing as well. I told him my garbage disposal hadn't been working for about a week and he volunteered to take a look. He fixed it right away and refused to give me a bill for it! Also, when he noticed an issue with an outdoor outlet that needed attention, he alerted me to it so I could get that fixed later (wasn't a dangerous thing so no rush). As a single woman, I need to be able to trust professionals to assist with things like these. From the first phone call, I knew I would be able to trust David and he did not disappoint. I've already told my neighbors about him and I WILL call him again if I need HVAV, plumbing, or electrical work in the future!!"

"Today was the 3rd time I have had One Hour and Heat Air service my A/C unit of which I purchased it from them in 2013. All three service calls were accomplished in an extremely professional manner, and Each Service Technician was very courteous and very helpful. Today's service call was accomplished by Mr. Kameron Davis, a U. S. Army Veteran. Mr. Davis did an "Outstanding" job on my A/C unit, and I would "Highly" recommend One Hour Heating and Air for any problem with your A/C or Heating unit. Simply put" They are the "Very Best" at what they do and, the people working for them are "Outstanding ""

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"My oil furnace was installed in September of 2003. It was installed in my attic. The local company that installed it for me at that time did a professional job and in a timely manner. They did routine servicing on it each year for me. Since the installation of the Oil furnace, I started having trouble finding technicians which were knowledgeable at working on/servicing it. Realizing that maintaining the unit was important to keep it working as long as possible, I had to do some searching for a technician which was familiar with this type furnace. I found Lovely Home Solutions through HomeAdvisor. Mr. Tom Lovely has been a blessing to me since his first servicing my unit. I have grown to trust him with all my heating and cooling needs. I am aware that one day I will eventually have to upgrade to a new heating and cooling system. Most likely I will not be able to replace my current system with another oil furnace. I believe Mr. Lovely will inform me when he thinks it is time to make that upgrade. I have great confidence in his opinions and his knowledge of his work."

"The technician was very knowledgeable, sincere about my be comfortable with the service I was receiving Highly recommend for all heating and air conditioning"
