"From the very start all things went well above expectations, the plumbing coordinator took care of everything with the city in regards to the new meters and having city water people at the job on time. This was totally scheduled and executed within 24hrs of my phone call. 

The plumbing technician was on time, with all new items ready to go, he was well versed in the new meter set up, had a great working relationship with the city water people, he was a pleasure to have in our house.
He re-plumbed all our outdoor copper tubing and installed new shut off valves, and two meters, seriously his piping job was a work of art. He then completed the project by repairing a outdoor faucet with a hole in the old piping, and installed a second faucet that was worn, the then ran pressure checks on both, new new faucets are great!
City inspector noted a violation on my water softener, drain that Culligan had recently installed, Countryside Tech said he'd repair it before he left saving me a citation from the city. Thank you.

This is our 7th project with Countryside and everyone from the people answering the phones, to the techs are great to work with 
supported with wonderful equipment and well trained, friendly people.

We will for sure continue to use them for all our plumbing and heating needs.

"It's 8 PM, 80 degrees outside with the same for humidity, and I noticed that the temperature in the house is getting warm. After doing some troubleshooting, I found out the compressor for the A/C had shut off. I called Comfort By Design's emergency number and within minutes the technician that was on call, called me back. He explained that since the outside temperature was dropping to the 60's that evening, that maybe we should wait until morning to perform a repair, IF a suggestion he made did not pan out. So come morning, the compressor was still not working, I called their office at 7:15 and scheduled a technician to come out. Being that it was starting to get very warm and the calls were coming in, I figured that it would be late in the afternoon. To my pleasant surprise, they were at the house by 8:30, and 15 minutes later they had it fixed (it was a relay that needed to be reset). I was very pleased with the response and the quickness in which the problem was solved. I will continue to use them for my heating and air conditioning needs."

We were in a no-heat situation during cold weather and he was able to move things around and get to us within a few hours. During the diagnostic, he insisted I was present as he walked me through what he was testing and what the expected results would be. There was full transparency. Once the issue was diagnosed, Riley offered different options to solve the issue. There was no sales pressure, he wanted to find the right option for us. Given the age and condition of our system we opted for a new HVAC system and Riley presented us with different solutions, again with no pressure. "Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
