"The guy brushing vents did not go into all of the rooms.  Then as I sat down with guy in charge to go over additional charges, the other guy was up in my attic. Not really sure what he was doing up there, but was suspicious, because machine had already been turned off, and he went back up.  The other guy, the person in charge proceeded to tell me how much more a cleaning and sanitation would cost, and showed me how $988 was a huge discount from regular price. Though I didn't ask, he then showed me photos on his phone of many other invoices and canceled checks.  For all I know, they were all fake. Even if they weren't, felt like he was trying to trick me into buying everything that he suggested.  I had hesitated to buy air duct cleanings thru mail outs or living social or groupon, because most are fly by night, and do not have stable businesses in the metroplex. I had experienced this before, when another company cut the initial suggested cost by a third, after I continuously refused. Same this time, he then offered to come by at another date, and do the service for less than half the price.  I would not recommend this company.
