"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"After realizing that our dryer was not producing heat we started troubleshooting in an attempt to fix the problem ourselves. After several days of failed attempts, I sought professional help and Budget Appliance Repair was my top choice based on their inexpensive pricing and positive reviews. I was very pleased with my choice. I called and spoke with a very friendly woman named Jamie who told me what to expect as far as starting costs. We scheduled the appointment for later in the day at a time that was most convenient for me. Kieth came to service my dryer. He was punctual, professional, and very willing to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond by giving me an excellent deal on the parts that needed replacing. "great. We bought the analysis package. The rep came out and spent nearly three hours that included a whole house air leakage test, inspection and photos of whole house with infra-red camera. Plan of action was proposed and potential utility rebates were discussed. We signed up for the service which took five days, by a crew of three. Very professional, daily cleanup and went above & beyond."

"Ac not working and thought it was compressor so found a company that would come out on Sunday. Spoke with tech and he was knowledgable and gave me a good deal of info. The after hours charge was high at $140.00 but it is a hot Sunday so the fee is what I expected maybe a bit more but they were one of few who would come out for an emergency. Ok perhaps no ac is no emergency but still. Lol Tech diagnosed the problem and it was a bad capacitor and he added freon but just a bit. Part cost was $215.00 or so and I researched the part and it only costs $40.00 new but I have zero experience with hvac and I am paying for their expertise plus they had the part etc. it costs what it costs and if you know about these things then yea it would be much less but it is less than a whole new system. I would call them again and there seems to be a wide variety of opinions on internet about that cost but they are a big company and I am paying for their expertise just like my clients pay for mine.
