"They exceeded my expectations. Started with responding so quickly and getting to Salon to give a quote the same week. The job was completed the following week. I would definitely recommend their services and plan to have them come to my home for cleaning. Very kind and professional!! Happy customer here!!"

"Brian has installed and repaired at least a dozen HVAC systems and condensers in both my investment and personal properties. Always shows up when he says he will and gets the job done. Always a pleasure to deal with. He knows what he’s doing which is tough to come by"

"My two year old refrigerator had not been working well ( keeping food cold) for quite some time.  It seemed hot to touch on the outside sides. I had called the manufacturer who insisted that all refrigerators of my make and model got hot on the sides and
suggested that I just adjust the internal temperature gauge to deal with keeping the food cold.
Ford was responsive to my call and arrived promply at the agreed upon time.  He listened to my saga and immediately targeted the fan under the refrigerator.  Upon checking it out.. he discovered that the original backing block around the fan had never been removed... With that removed the compressor can work properly to keep the food cold and the unit has been working like a dream ever since...(even with a family reunion of 12 people opening and closing the refrigerator numerous times.)..
Because Ford did not have to do an actual repair he reduced the service fee just to cover his time and the trip to my house.
Thanks to you Ford, my ice cream is ice cream... not soup !!

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We received many, many estimates for adding AC to our existing heating system. For about the same price, several bidders said that we had to only add a condenser unit to our furnace. Some said that we had to additionally install a much larger internal coil. Bourque clearly explained the implications/options of each suggested addition. Their conclusion was to slightly upgrade our existing coil so as to more efficiently optimize the new system. This system was going in a vacation home located some distance from our primary residence. I took their proposal to my long-time, local, trusted dealer and he enthusiastically agreed with all that they proposed, while thoroughly debunking the suggestions of others. Bob Bourque was easy to work with; both he and his workers were punctual in their appointments; the installation went off smoothly.; they cleaned up after themselves. I would enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone interested in installing AC.

"I had an emergency at my house and called them out in the am and they came that afternoon. The technician Lewis did everything possible and thoroughly to resolve the issue. The price never changed and I was happy about that!"

FAQs for furnace / forced air heating system service projects in Harwich, MA

Most blower motors last 10 to 20 years—the same life span as the furnace or AC they serve. Annual tune-ups keep the bearings clean, the capacitor healthy, and your airflow strong. Call an HVAC pro if you hear grinding, smell burning, or notice weak airflow; catching issues early can save you from a pricier mid-season breakdown.

Plan on two to three hours for a standard swap. Your tech will cut power and gas, pull the old motor, slide in the new one, then test every setting before buttoning up the furnace. Tight quarters or extra part replacements can stretch the visit, but most homeowners are back to comfy airflow well before dinnertime.

Signs of a tired blower motor include weak airflow, unexplained spikes in energy bills, and new sounds—think grinding, rattling, or buzzing—coming from the furnace. If hot or cold air isn’t making it to your favorite chair, schedule an HVAC pro right away; catching the issue early can often mean a quick part swap instead of a full-blown system repair.

There is no difference between an AC and a furnace blower motor. Both systems use the same essential motor to circulate heated or cooled air through your home. This unit fulfills the identical role whether it supports central air conditioning or furnace heating. In some configurations, separate units might be installed for redundancy, yet their operating mechanism remains the same and efficiently delivers comfort throughout your home.
