"These folks were great to work with, They responded to my request for a consultation immediately and set up an appointment that suited my schedule. They arrived on time and listened carefully as I described the leak problem and the desire to replace the shower with a nicer but not luxury model. They told me what to expect as we replaced the shower and the possibilities for where the leak would be found. The shower enclosure was one I could buy at HD or Lowes and the price for the full job was not low - but it was reasonable considering the labor involved in bringing the old wallboard and shower parts down the steps by hand. The enclosure looked great when complete. Of course we had to get the wallboard that abutted the shower fixed by another contractor - but we knew that going in. Everything was done within 5 days of the estimate - 2 guys, i day, and they cleaned up after themselves completely. They were very understanding about our small dog who wanted to help. The only problem I had was the fact that when I tried to order a door insert, I discovered that the lip of the new shower was a mm off of level. You cannot install an insert if the lip is not true level according to Lowes. I could have chosen to call Seaside and have them fix it, but my family preferred a shower curtain, so it was not important. We plan to use them as our plumber for regular maintenance in the future. I would definitely recommend to anyone based on their knowledge and honesty."

When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. "MJ Home Service saved the day. I  mean night. The outside water faucet cracked and water slowly came back into the houses bring a good deal of mud with it. I called MJ home services around 7 pm and they promptly responded and had a team here within the hour. . They did everything right and more. Melissa explained the process and answered all my questions.  She was very responsive and kept me informed of arrival and how the process would work.. The crew (Brian and Ned) were very processional and kept me informed of every step of the process. They took over the situation and took care of everything needed. They removed  water, mud and all water soaked  items like cardboard boxes . They stacked everything up neatly in one area., cut out damaged drywall, and sprayed to prevent  mold. The set up  fans, so that the basement and rolled up carpeting would dry. They did everything necessary to make sure we were taken care of, even set up our humidifier. Their price was exceptionally reasonable. I have dealt with Servpro, I would have paid twice or more and  had to deal with sales pitches for additional services. I can't imagine how we could ave been taken care of any better. They did everything right. They made a bad night better. I recommend them without reservations.

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"The job turned out to be a two day job, which we knew in advance and planned accordingly. Had to totally tear out the old tub and surrounding walls. Did run into some minor problems due to being an older house.John did everything he said he was going to do, even more. John was very conscientious in doing the work. He truly does do the work as if it was his own home, even brought the plumbing up to code. Answered any all questions I had with no problems. Will definitely hire them again. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water.
