"TakeAir Houston came to our home to clean our AC vents. After inspection they found we had a mold infestation in all out AC vents and AC unit. Avi gave us a number of photo's to review and told us what it would take to kill the mold and what would be needed to clean the full system once the mold was eliminated. Avi also showed us photo's and videos of our insulation which was contaminated and also missing in quite a few areas of our loft. He then told us what was need to clean out the old insulation, clean the loft and blow 13" of R38 insulation back in. When the guys turned up to do the work they were very respectable of our home and it's contents. They covered everything up and got on with their work. Once everything was completed they showed us the before and after photos and also gave us a video of the loft area showing us the new insulation. All in all they did a wonderful job, quickly, quietly and without any issues whatsoever. They whole team were great and a pleasure to have in our home. I would definitely recommend TakeAir Houston for any mold, cleaning or insulation work you may have at your home"

"Overall, the process went well.  Mike is the salesman who visited my home and provided the estimate.  Other than a late arrival, Mike was professional and explained the impact of the insulation on the comfort of the home but could have done a better job quantifying the energy savings.  During the buying decision, Mike was available for questions and followed up in a professional manner.  I chose Garland because they were the most competitive on price and met the same service expectations as the other provider.  The installation crew were prompt, but there was some confusion at the dispatch because I was not notified that the crew was in-route and had to adjust my schedule.  Once the crew arrived, the set up quickly and installed the installation.  They quick, efficient, and mindful of not making a mess.  They laid plastic down and cleaned up after themselves.  I'm looking forward to the added comfort of my home. <br />"

"The owner, Mr. Stevenson, over saw everything.  His employees have been working for him for  years which says a lot about the company as a whole.  They were done within an hour.  The product was of extremely high quality as it had no odor or dust.  The price was extremely reasonable especially for the quality of the product and service.  I immediately noticed a difference in my home as it is remaining much cooler and we no longer need the additional AC unit we had in our bedroom.  Also our main AC unit is no longer running constantly as the insulation has been keeping the the cold air in the house.  They were able to give us an estimate over the phone and the price was spot on for the actual job.  I was very impressed and extremely pleased with their service. "Sales representative showed up on time for the appointment and was cordial and professional.  Did not pressure me to upgrade to the more expensive options and recommended practical options for improving insulation and energy efficiency in my home (my house is only 15 years old, but had about 7 inches less insulation than current building codes and the attic was not well-ventilated). <br /> The crew showed up an hour early, was courteous and professional and completed the job in a couple of hours.  I inspected the attic and was happy with the condition of my attic and the work.  They put plastic down to protect the floors and then cleaned up after themselves when they left.  I would recommend to others and would hire again - considering a installing a radiant barrier in the future as well."

"I spoke with All Star on Monday morning 5/1/17 about needing to replace my 20+ year AC condenser that stopped working. Ed with All Star met me that afternoon to review the unit and provide a quote. He said he had a crew available to install it the next day. The crew showed up Tuesday morning 5/2/17 and finished installing the new condenser and evaporator coils by 5 pm. They were professional, courteous and respectful. Chris, a co-owner of All Star, came back out to do a quality check on the work to ensure everything was installed to his standards. The price was comparable to another quote I received from a small independent company and it was quite a bit less than a quote I received from one of the larger home service companies who do everything (i.e. AC, electrical, plumbing, etc)."

"The three Homesulate crews that came out to do the three different projects were all very professional. As to the foam in the walls, I was particularly impressed with the care they took to fill the holes in the cedar shake walls... they plugged each hole, applied wood putty, and then hand scored the putty so that, once painted, you could not see where the holes had been drilled. We bought the house last fall and therefore I can't tell you whether the foam is making a difference in my electric bills. However, the house became noticeably quieter after the foam had been installed and I have to think the foam has an insulating effect. Our electric bills, so far, have been about half what they were in our old, similarly sized, house. We did also put in new windows but we had also put new windows in the old house. <br />"
