"They first brought in and attempted to install the wrong (lower level) model but the job boss caught it and they brought in the correct one. Then they couldn't get the thermostat to work but came back the next day and got it working. The next week the thermostat read 3 degrees higher than the set temp, next day it was a 4 degree difference, next day the screen went blank. They came out within an hour and fixed it but didn't seem to know what was wrong. Seems like the problem is with the American Standard product though. Cuccos was quick to fix the problems and very polite and clean. But also, the Angie's List page says they give a 10% discount to seniors and I didn't get that - when I asked, instead the owner offered 5 years free maintenance."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Very well! I was treated with dignity and respect by John and Dana on their initial visit to get a second opinion as to why my A/C system had a leak which another company could not find. John explained all components of what needed to be done to solve my problem and promptly set up an appointment for a few days later, John offered options to me and gave ME the choice of which I wanted included in the work to be done. John and his crew arrived on the appointed date on time (actually a bit early which worked out great!) The crew placed a covering on the floor to protect it and I found that to be very thoughtful. They worked swiftly to replace the unit on a very hot day with no complaints! John explained how to work the new thermostat and said if I had any questions to let him know. He even stopped by at the end of the day to check on things which I found very thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend John from Texas Air Car for any HVAC service needs! My only regret is that I did not find this company sooner!"

"Our A/C system went out, we called a company that we had used before. The guy came out the next day to look at it, he told me the fan motor was out and that he could replace it for $355, or I could replace the whole Lennox system for $6,100. Regardless they were too booked up to do it for at least two days.. So I called a few family members and I was referred to Green Leaf Air. I gave them a call and I spoke with Ben, I told him what was going on, and he asked me to send pictures of my system. I sent them, and he explained that that particular system was not at all worth $6100. Ben explained that I was being completely ripped off. He said right over the phone that I could have a brand new Ameristar system installed for $2000, and they could come and install it that day. Two hours later the sweetest A/C guys were out at our house, installing the brand new Ameristar. I am still amazed at the honesty and integrity of this company and their employees.. We are SO grateful for this referral. I have never dealt with an A/C company like this, they didn't trick me into ANY hidden costs, or even try to sell me something.. Ben simply told me the price, my husband and I immediately agreed. The installation was quick, and the price was the LOWEST price I can find for a brand new complete Ameristar A/C system. Best Air Conditioning company by FAR. We are truly blessed and overly satisfied with Green Leaf Air, their products and prices, and customer service."

"It was really good. I mean, they have a good product. The only thing is its really hard to get hold of the owner. GreenStreet- Home Energy Efficiency installed the A/C during the summer and they forgot to activate the heater part. So when it got cold, we couldn't get hold of them. A part of it was great. Another part of it, not being able to get hold of them, an F. They offered us lots of options. Instead of just one size fits all, he did offer high and low, good warranty, bad warranty. There were a lot of considerations on what was the best fit. Well, until they stopped calling us back, the interactions were great. I mean, everything was great. Once the sale was made, after that, it was hard to get hold of them. The work they did turned out good in the end. Yeah, I would consider using their services again in the future. "
