"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I searched radon mitigation companies online after my house failed a radon test with a level of 4.5. David Coffey with Covenant Air was the first to call me back. He was very pleasant, and so I set up an appointment for him to come out to install a fan to vent the radon out of my basement. He fit me in very quickly....2 days as I requested. he was in Atlanta, GA at the time. I am in Knoxville, TN. He was on time. I was running late. He quickly got to work, and found out I was missing about 12 feet of pipe in the attic  as well as an outlet to plug the fan into.  He said no problem, he'd fix it. He did a wonderful job. I would recommend him for testing as well as mitigation. I like to get everyone as referrals, but nobody I knew had radon taken care of before. so, now here is a referral for a great company. Don't hesitate to use them!

This is a follow up review...left original review on other listing for Covenant Air. They were fantastic. Came out when stated...very quickly. excellent communication. Very professional. Explained what needed to be done, and did it. They even had to come back out because the builder did not run the pipe far enough into attic, or have an electrical outlet installed close enough to where the pipe had to be vented. Super easy to work with. Ended up doing a lot more work than originally expected, but did not complain one bit. Would I use them again? Absolutely. I am selling this house and needed this done because it failed the radon test. I am building another house.... it will of course be piped/set up for radon removal, but I will use David and Shane to hook up the fan and make it an active system. I am a total believer in word of mouth reviews, and give honest reviews. You can trust these guys to do the job quickly, correctly, efficiently, cost effectively, and professionally.
