The services outlined in the invoice were not performed as promised and attempts to resolve the issue have been met with silence. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but the company failed to respond, showing a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and honest service."

"I wish i had hired someone else to install my insulation back in 2021. Had difficult from the outset - nearly called the police to arrest one of their employees as he broke into my attic without my permission! They did recognize the problem and sent him home for a day. While I originally had work performed by a company they acquired (LCR Construction), it's all one company now and I have been trying to get a problem resolved since July 2024 - it's now May 2024 and the non-responsiveness, run around and finger pointing continues. I really am shocked that this is the way they run their business! My problem is they missed a room in the attic, so there is little to no insulation above it...and I paid for a full house insulation. Seems to me it would be an easy and quick fix and I wrongfully assumed Garland Insulation given their fine reputation would correct matters in short order. That just isn't the case and I have given up. So, I'm posting my "review" - have dealt with David Miller, Sholana Wells, Kimberly Ward. I think they all should be fired given their actions and non-responsiveness."

"We had a good experience with Attic Stars. When I contacted the company to schedule an appointment, the representative was very responsive, polite and answered all of my questions. The technician arrived in the time frame as stated. He was also polite and professional. He did a good job cleaning out the dryer vent. He also fixed the tubing on the dryer the correct way and tightened it. We appreciated that. The tech was also able to give us an estimate to clean the main AC unit which was at a reasonable price. We will definitely keep Attic Stars information handy for future jobs. Thank you"
