Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! "I am in the process of purchasing the condo that I have been renting for the past year and following the inspection, decided that there were some plumbing issues that I wanted to have addressed before closing - very low hot water pressure and significant drainage issues in tub. The current owner of my condo hired a plumber that the Association has used for years to come out and fix these issues. I just feel like the first plumber was saying things couldn't be done when the truth is he didn't know how to do the work. Long story short, I highly recommend John at The Plumbing Doctor. He clearly knows what is is doing and to top things off, his prices are reasonable!...unlike Plumber #1 who charged double what John charged and left me with more problems than I had to begin with =P"
