"I told Mike that I had replaced the thermostat to a programmable one after researching Youtube about a constant on air handler fan. I also told Mike the air handler worked for a couple of weeks but then nothing would happen - no fan, nothing. I was worried that I may have fried something in the process of replacing the thermostat. Mike listened and immediately explained the possible remedies and prices of component replacement, ie. transformer, etc. Mike went to work and looked at the air handler. After a couple of minutes he had the system up and running. Cause of my grief; a blown 5amp fuse. Mike said, since the unit is 16 years old, either I crossed a wire when installing the thermostat or the fuse failed due to age. Mike checked the rest of the system to include the outside unit. Overall, I was very happy with his professionalism and knowledge."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
