"Our house is on top of a hill, our well is at the bottom of the hill, the well pumps water into a 1500 gallon tank next to our house on top of the hill. Our water is pumped into the house via booster pump. We had no water to the house, and I checked the holding tank to find it empty. I thought for sure my below surface pump was defective. I called Bee Cave Drilling on Saturday morning on Labor Day Weekend and they came out promptly, and found the problem, by the way, was not the submerged pump. "Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job.
