"These are the guy you can trust for you home HVAC inspection and repairs. We had another company do our inspection and they claimed our heat exchanger had cracks and would not pass our inspection. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "My air conditioner stopped working on Sunday. I found the coupon for a free diagnostic service and called them Monday morning at 7:30. They were polite on the phone and made an appointment for between 12:00 and 2:00 the same day. They showed up right around noon and quickly got to work. They listened to my description of the problem and were able to narrow it down to either a bad capacitor or bad fan motor. They quickly disassembled the unit to test the capacitor and motor to find a bad capacitor. They had the part on the truck and was able to immediately install a replacement. My air conditioning was operational by 1:00!"

"It went so much better than expected. Over the phone, other plumbing companies quoted us $1,000 - $1,500 to do the work and replace the valve. When I talked with Seth, on the phone, he offered to come over within a couple of hours, ON A SUNDAY!, and take a look at the problem. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and determined only the center piece of the valve needed to be replaced. There would be no reason to replace the entire valve, tear up the wall/tiles to do the work. He had to access the crawl space (the entire length of the house!) to get to the water shut off valve...and did this 3 times in freezing weather! He was in and out of our house, with the valve fixed and fixture replaced within 1 hour! And he didn't charge us an additional fee for coming out on a Sunday! Seth was very professional, but a down to earth guy. I would recommend him and Driggs Plumbing, in a heartbeat!!"
