"They have been servicing my air conditioning & heating system since I moved to Prescott Valley back in 2012. Excellent service. They keep my air conditioning & heating system in top condition. I highly recommend them."

"Cllinton, our Tech, was thorough and professional in all aspects of his time with us. he explained everything as he went, so we understood what the problem was and the best way to go about fixing, replacing and/or repairing our Heating and A/C Systems. We are under a Semi-Yearly Maintenance Program with AireServ, and it has saved us a lot of money, time and grief. We have had Clinton in the past, and were so happy to have him again. We trust his judgment completely. He even went so far as to help us install a recent New Thermostat we had just purchased. That was soooo appreciated. We would highly recommend AireServ and their Very Reasonable Maintenance Program. You won't be sorry - and Clinton is the BEST!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They came out once and repaired it, but it wasn't complete. They earned my trust by returning soon, spending a great deal of time, fixing it completely and not charging extra."

"Mark did a good job and went above and beyond in his efforts to diagnose and repair my air conditioning system. He also charged me less than 1/4th what parker and sons was going to charge me to do the same job. He acted very professionally and I would definitely recommend his services."

"The customer service and repair was great."

"Very fast response time to swamp cooler service request; Two knowledgeable efficient technicians who informed me of the issues and options. They didn't mind my looking over their shoulders as they worked and answering my questions about the workings and self-maintenance needs of the cooler. Very professional and educational."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
