"We had a fence installed around the total perimeter of our backyard. It included two double swing gates on each side of our house. One was an extra wide opening to allow for a boat or camper. The fence is not prebuilt 6'X8' sections attached to 4'X4' posts. Each picket is installed separately on 3 cross mounted 2'X4' and evenly spaced between the 4'X4' posts. Peter told me it is done that way down here in NC due to the possibilities of hurricanes and heavy winds. Therefore, it is a lot more work and more time consuming. Peter and his crew did an excellent job. D and Emil were courteous, polite and professional. It was a pleasure to have them here. They did an exceptional cleanup job also. The job was finished ahead of schedule and was quite reasonable in today's dollars. I would most definitely recommend KPS Contracting to anyone who wants to add value to their home. "FANTASTIC! Chip showed up when he said he would to quote the job and I received the estimate when he said I would. He was knowledgeable of my options (both for patio choice and screen/frame choice for porch screen. Working with Lisa (office manager) and Mike (project manager) [once the project was approved by the HOA] was great. They kept me updated throughout the process and when there were delays (weather, material out of stock), one or both emailed, called or texted. The job was completed on time and for the exact amount of the quote. We LOVE our patio.....and the only one who loves our screened-in-porch more than we do is our cat. We could not be happier. "Since their initial installation of our Gutter Rx guards, Shine Bright has been out twice to fine tune a few areas of mesh where the upper roof spouts empty into the lower roof gutters to better accommodate bouts of torrential rain - both with no additional charge. Following our paid Winter clean-out (yes - even guards must be cleared annually to prevent problems if you have a LOT of tress), Tony sent two men out to do an additional mini-clean out of Spring oak pollen strands and caulk a leak from behind another gutter that was a result of poor initial installation when our home was built - again both for free! Tony and his techs are great guys - very professional, polite and responsive - and I could not recommend them or the Gutter Rx guards more highly. Quick note on the latter: very reasonably priced and very effective!"
