They said the supervisor would come back out and show me pictures of what they had done under there after they got finished. He had some kind of a conflict and he didn’t come. I have to call and ask them to have him come. But I have the number of the man who talked to us at the begging and he is the one who told me always get pictures when somebody finishes, not just when they start. I think he will come or send whoever is supposed to come. I am not worried about that."

He explained the immediate repair as well as issues to anticipate with my fairly old (15 year old system), including the caution that my systems R22 refrigerant is no longer being produced and is becoming cost prohibitive to replace (I.e. for recharging). Jonathan also explained the efficiencies of current models and a ballpark figure and timeframe that I could use in planning for a full unit replacement. "Customer service is the worst ever. Technicians are great had new Heat Pump installed 3 weeks later AC went out. Two days later finally got tech out found problems with leak in new coil in inside unit. Could not fix because was a factory weld Supposed to replace coil have not heard anything weeks later. Call CS told manager would call me. Still waiting"
