He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! Donny performed an evaluation of our home and gave me an estimate that was fair. There was also one area in our home where other companies said they just couldn't get to. Donny assured me he and his crew could put a duct there. Sure enough they were able to do it resulting in saving us some money. As for the installation crew, they're top notch.
